Dogs-Read to a Service Dog
Selected Mondays, 7:00-7:45 pm
Jan 18, Feb 15, March 15, and April 17

This program is designed to allow
kids the
chance to read to a non-judgmental listener-a dog!. Children
find themselves relaxing
and having fun while reading! They come to think of themselves as good
readers, which helps their self esteem and makes them eager to read.
And eager readers
practice their reading
more often, leading to improved reading skills.
For Better Independence (FBI) Assistance Dogs is dedicated to
bringing
dogs to those in need. The FBI training staff has over 30 years experience
working with these very special dogs.
